Over the next 8-weeks I’m going to be doing something I’ve never done before.
I’ve transformed my body plenty of times.
This year I’ve failed with some attempts for a multitude of reasons.
The main thing is accountability.
Without a reason and someone/something to keep me accountable...that pizza and pint starts getting quite attractive.
So over the next 8 weeks, I’m committing to some simple, clear goals.
Make £20,000
Get over 10,000 Twitter Followers
Cut to 150lbs
Easy.
Right?
Well, wait till you see the habit tracker I’ve set up to get there:
This is the thing I have NEVER done for more than 3 days in a row.
Track my habits.
Daily.
I’ll be using the Strides App to help me keep track of these, and my wider goals over the course of the next 8-weeks.
To get to those goals above, I’ll need a clear set of daily habits to get there.
So today I’ve been going through the process of determining what those daily and weekly habits need to be.
Over the years I’ve noticed some habits if done early in the day act as a catalyst to complete others.
So, I have set my habits in what I call a Waterfall.
Each habit is aimed to help unlock the next positive habit or behavior.
Here are mine:
My Waterfall Habits
Waking up at 5.30am every morning
Going to bed at 10pm
Weighing myself upon waking
Vision Meditation for 15min every morning
5 minutes of stretching + foam rolling every morning
Habit tracking in Strides each morning from previous day
Journalling outcomes for the day every morning in Gsheets
50 press ups & 50 sit ups every day
Creatine, Electrolytes + Berocca every morning
10,000 steps
No Alcohol
Track my macros every day and SUBMIT end of day log
These are some of the habits above which I’ve defined to help me get to those goals.
HEALTH
Weigh myself every morning
150g of Protein every day
Track my macros every day and SUBMIT end of day log
PERSONAL BRAND
Weekly Review - test Friday Afternoon
1H writing every day - Stories, Value, Proof
1H engaging every day - 2 x 30mins
1 x 2 min video per week day
3 x Twitter Spaces per week
3 x Daily Tweets (EVA Framework)
I’m naming this protocol and challenge “Phenom Mode”.
I think “Monk Mode” is played out, because….who wants to live like a monk?!
The reason I’m doing 8 weeks is simple.
On Sept 2nd I’m going to a festival.
So for the next 8 weeks, I’m going sober.
I’ve gone 1 month sober before.
But this time, I’m going to double this bitch up and see what happens.
I’ve noticed alcohol has derailed all my attempts to stay on track this year.
But with a couple of months of travel and events at the weekend behind me, I have an 8-week clear stretch to push myself to my absolute limits.
Test my character.
Test my consistency.
And document the process.
